On the 18 and 19 march, The university of Tlemcen will host the midterm  meeting, which aims to modernize language teaching in language centers of Algerian universities. This meeting regrouped the following patrner universities : University of Kasdi Merbah Ourgla, University Abderrahmane Mira-Bejaia, University of Mohammed Khider-Biskra, University 08 may 1945 Guelma, University of sciences and  the Technology of Oran, university of polytechnic North of France, University of Istambul, University of Santiago de compostela and university of Rome « La Sapienza »
